REFUND & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold by Ground Zero Systems are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product with immediate access
• No physical product will be shipped
• Refunds will not be issued after the download link has been delivered

Delivery

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your download link. Delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, contact support within 48 hours of purchase:

• Download link not received
• Link expired or not working
• File will not open or is corrupted

To resolve a delivery issue, email the985official@gmail.com with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Email address used at checkout
• Description of the issue

We will resolve all verified delivery issues promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical failure on our end that cannot be resolved. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Ground Zero Systems / The 985 LLC.
